[She picks her way through the graves and flowers before coming up to stand next to him. She doesn't say anything just yet.]

[He can hear her walking toward him. He turns to look at her and for a moment, he just watches her. Just to make sure it's really her. His head has already begun to ache and his triforce piece is very active. Zelda yours might be responding to it.]

[It is, she can feel it beginning to heat on the back of her hand.

She stops when she is next to him, letting her hands fall by her sides. There's little she can say in a situation such as this. She felt very similar when Zelda and her other half disappeared. Her heart still ached for the two of them.]

Also - you have just posed an extremely difficult question to her. If given the chance, she would indeed leave and return to Hyrule in order to take back her kingdom. However, she has grown very accustomed to the boat, and if it is true what they say about their worlds being destroyed then...]

[She hesitantly holds her hand out towards him, brow lifted. She understands the pain, at least. She's not going to try and make it seem less than it is by using words that will only come out sounding trite.]

Well that wasn't what he was expecting. He's quiet for a minute. For once in your life stop being coy, Ganny. Once you say it, you know you'll never say it again. SO JUST SAY IT.]

It is more than that, Princess. I believe I've done something silly and fallen in love with you.

[It was everything she was expecting, and yet everything she wasn't. A great surge of emotion wells within her body - something she doesn't know how to properly deal with, but accepts all at the same time. She had never expected him to say that, to admit it.]

[Her words are slow, and hesitant. This is dangerous ground, for many reasons.]

[Zelda is just full of surprises tonight, isn't she? Ganondorf wasn't expecting that answer. Still, he's not displeased with it.

He wants to say "People who fall in love are inherently silly. It is a voluntary weakness. Why would you subject yourself to it?" But that doesn't seem like the best thing to say right now.]

We are indeed silly, Princess. But, I find I rather like it.
