He fishes out his comm and makes sure to turn it on. So far no activity on the IDs that matter to him. That may or may not be a good sign. He makes a mental note to ask about Lily later. But for now, he'll just leave it on to listen.]

[After another pause, she sits up and gives him an enigmatic stare.]

Gritting her teeth, she raises one hand and swipes at his cheek, slapping him with a stinging smack.]
